This is a service for family members and friends to "correspond" with residents through email.

• These messages must not be private/ confidential or invasive in any way. Only information that can be read by a volunteer should be sent to the resident. The SUBJECT line should contain the name of the resident addressed.

• Residents will be able to "dictate" replies.
